The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a lovely quiet palace building. We especially enjoyed seeing the legendary fountain each morning if front of our building in the quiet plaza. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It is in a great location and neighborhood. Good food suppliers were nearby and the kitchen was fully functional.Though the weather didn't permit full use of the terrace we certainly enjoyed the times we did visit the view, a splendid panoramic of Rome.We would stay here again.

Because of the holidays, we had limited maid service. That was not a problem for us as we did not expect any.

Perafan was very helpful and hospitable. He was able to provide us with good information and recommendations. It was most appreciated that he was able to arrange our limousine ride to the airport.

The hot water was not fully functional and we did spend much time, with the instructions of Perafan, re-setting the hot water every day (sometimes twice a day). Again, this was not a problem for us because we have stayed in European apartments and we understand that minor difficulties are part of life. However, this may be difficult for other clients should it happen again. Perafan was aware of the difficulties and I am sure he will be very conscientious repairing it. He was very concerned but really there was little that he could have been done over the holidays.

We were not able to settle the bill for approximately six local phone calls we made from the apartment. I asked Perafan to contact you with the charges and we will give you permission to charge a credit card.

We would highly recommend this apartment and your agency. Please feel free to use any part of this letter as a reference. You may also have people contact us directly for an excellent reference. Thank you

This is a beautiful apartment just outside Florence - quiet, lovely furnishings and very comfortable with a great view from the private terrace. It's convenient to Florence (15 mins by bus) and the location is lovely, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

The owners, the Guazzini family, are also lovely - so helpful and friendly. All in all, we had an excellent two weeks.

Firstly, regarding the use of the website, in general it was easy to use. It is quite simple to navigate and the pictures of the properties are very helpful. The fact that you have a photograph of yourself and show that the company is registered with the Florentine authorities does make it appear that the business is a reliable one. The information given on the properties is also good.
However, one small thing was that it was a bit difficult to find the booking forms and information on the terms and conditions, as you have to go the FAQ site and follow the links from there. It may be better to have a button for these on the home page. Also, maybe some information or links to travel information in the areas where the properties are located would be useful - for example, bus and train services to get to the area or around the cities, etc, particuarly for visitors who don't have a car.

Secondly, regarding the service itself, I had no problems with that. It was easy to contact you if there were any questions and the replies were very prompt. Also, the owners of the property that we rented were very helpful and welcoming but obviously we have only visited one place and cannot make a comment about any other properties.

For the second year in a row now we used the site to book holidays in Italy : in 2002 we rented an apartment in TORTORI (Montespertoli), which we rented again this year and also I think a room in MONTEFALCO (B & B in Villa). By the way both places were delightful and extremely well kept, and we again appreciated an excellent dinner at your own PODERE TORRICELLA. I shall write separately on this because I would like Fattoria del Turco to ship some of that delicious Chanti wine to me in Belgium (if you do so ...)

The website is really useful and well presented, with prime quality properties, and the booking procedures are quite easy compared to other sites. This is about all I have to say at this time, I will certainly visit the site again when planning our vacation next year, we will probably be looking for something around Porto Ercole or Grossetto.

The web site is easy to use, attractive, contains good information and easy procedures to make a reservation. The information on the web was true to the actual apartment, a very reassuring feature.

After we had made our reservation, we found the subsequent email communications to be friendly and helpful, a nice touch.

We had no significant problems when arriving or departing the property, with the minor exception that no one was there to farewell us and take our final payment, even though we had made specific arrangements - we had to leave a note saying to debit our credit card.

You are welcome to publish my comments.

We did enjoy our stay in Italy and really loved Tuscany. The apartment we chose (Tortori) was very well placed to make day trips to the surrounding cities.
