Villa di Sabbia is 250 metres from the pebble beach at Noto Marina and 6km from the lovely baroque town of Noto. Sleeping 5-7 guests, this is a lovely base for a family or group vacation on Sicily. The house is 33km from Siracusa.
Modica is 40km, Catania 90km. There are many very interesting typical local villages both along the coast and in the interior - small villages where the art of Sicilian cuisine is still practised and where they grow the vines that produce Nero d'Avola, a wine that has reached the highest international standards.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa has lots of space. There are three rooms, of which two are bedrooms, an independent kitchen, living room, two shower rooms, balcony and veranda. The total living space is 80 square metres, the garden 1500 square metres. Built in 1993, the house was last renovated in 2006.
