Italian holiday farmhouse rentals - apartments in a Tuscan country house, with pool, close to Arezzo and Siena, Tuscany.
Casale Valle is one of two old farmhouses
(the other is Casale Presciano) located
in the estate of La Pieve - both have been recently charmingly renovated to
offer a selection of spacious Italian country rental apartments. They lie on
opposite sides of the valley and are totally independent with their own private
pools. The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 metres away from
both houses, and there guests can find a grocery, a butcher and a bakery. There
are also tennis courts in the village.
The farm "La Pieve" is surrounded by a small valley that creates a wonderful
landscape. "La Pieve" is located close to the Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra
areas, in a central position near the towns of Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
Casale La Valle is divided into six delightful apartments. Each apartment has
its own private entrance and own outdoor area, equipped with table and chairs
for al fresco dining. At the guests' disposal are a large garden equipped
with sun beds, BBQ, and the swimming pool - on two levels, it measures roughly
12 by 6 metres, with a depth of 1.20 to 2.50 metres. The house is surrounded
by vineyards and olive groves and is well positioned on top of a hill with views
over the valley. The renovation was carried out with great care, respecting
the original features of the building. All the apartments are extremely spacious,
furnished with antiques and have terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.
