This beautifully restored villa lies in the lovely little village of Stibbio, 7km from San Miniato in the heart of Tuscany. Sleeping 16-22, with 5+2 bedrooms and 8+1 bathrooms, the house has a swimming pool.

From the windows and the terrace you have a stunning view and of the forest and the Tuscan hills, cultivated with olive trees. There is horseriding here, and you can rent bikes or hike the superb countryside around.
San Miniato itself, a lovely old town is famed for its architecture, for the white truffle, for its wine and olive oil. The town has a nine-hole golf course. Vinci is 23km from here and San Gimignano, Certaldo and Volterra are all within 60km. Pisa is 41km, Florence 43km, Lucca 74km, Siena 112km. This is a landscape of medieval villages, castles and lovely landscapes, with the Tyrrhenian coast and the nightlife of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi an hour away.
