hilltop from which it commands a view of all of the valley that separate
Montespertoli from Castelfiorentino, with a landscape that abounds in
olive groves and vineyards.
The rental property is located a mere three minutes' drive from the town
of Montespertoli, and just 30 minutes' from Florence, making it perfectly
placed for those
who want to explore the fascinating
area of Tuscany. A sweet drive up to the villa leads to the pool (11
x 5 metres, normally in use from May to September, occasionally
shared with the 2 owners), with steps up to the house and terrace area
where
spectacular
views across the valley can be enjoyed.
There are beautiful touches inside,
with the bedrooms boasting original features such as terracotta floors,
wooden beamed ceilings and stone fireplaces. The proud owners of the
villa are very welcoming and make guests feel very much at home. They
live 20 metres from the villa and speak fluent English.
Private parking is available at 10 metres from the house (inside the property).
There
is a food shop 500 metres from the property (closed on Wednesdays), and
a bank, chemist, supermarket and Post Office are all to be found roughly 2 and
a half kilometres away. Please note that
you
need
a car to stay at the villa.
