Comments: Villa le Gaie - Apartment Loggia

This is a beautiful apartment just outside Florence - quiet, lovely furnishings and very comfortable with a great view from the private terrace. It's convenient to Florence (15 mins by bus) and the location is lovely, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

The owners, the Guazzini family, are also lovely - so helpful and friendly. All in all, we had an excellent two weeks.

Please know that we truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Le Gaie. The place itself was very well equipped and very light and comfortable. There were 5 of us, and never felt too crowed. The views were superb!!! The location was a nice change of pace. It was easy access to the city of Florence, but able to enjoy life with the locals.

 I have only wonderful things to say about the Guazzini family. They were all very pleasant and full of information. They received us so well, even drove us to the Supermarket the day we arrived, since it was Easter weekend. They gave us all kind of recommendations and truly were like our personal concierge. We appreciate them and the service provided.

 I will also like to mention Cristiano. He was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He helped me feel at ease since it was our first time booking a place from your company. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about your company and our experience at Villa Le Gaie. We will recommend it to our friends.

Villa Le Gaie  -  apartment Ulivi

We liked everything about this apartment. The accommodation was excellent, as were the facilities and the views from all sides were superb.  It was in a wonderful and very convenient position.

Your directions to the property were good, we had no trouble finding it and your description of the accommodation was accurate.  The only criticism we have is that the terrace was too small for four people, but the gardens and swimming pool were attractive.  We will contact you again when we want to rent another property in Toscana.

We rented the property in May of this year.  It was very nicely furnished and accurately described inside.  The pool was fantastic and setting idyllic.  The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
Our only criticism was its location, whilst picturesque was very hilly and as 4 of the party were pensioners, 2 with bad knees, the walk to and from the bus stop was too difficult for them.  It would have been useful to have had this information in advance.
Otherwise, most enjoyable.
