This elegant and comfortable vacation apartment is in the heart of historic Florence, Tuscany. Lying on the fourth floor (with elevator) of a very nicely renovated building in the heart of the Oltrarno, it is just few steps from Piazza Pitti and the Ponte Vecchio.

The main cathedral square (Piazza Duomo), the major museums, churches and galleries as well as the Santa Maria Novella main railway station, can be reached in a ten-minute walk.

Located on the 'other' side of the River Arno, Oltrarno, a traditionally popular district, has recently become reborn as a trendy residential area with nice antique shops, artisan workshops, good small restaurants, and so on. The Oltrarno is a typical and unspoiled quarter of downtown Florence.

This apartment is very quiet and comfortable with a marvellous position over the city. You can enjoy spectacular views of the sunsets from the living room window.


This Florence vacation apartment was completely refurbished both inside and out in 2002 and has wooden floor and ceilings. The bathroom features marble tiling and brand new accessories.

Covering 50m², the flat features a large and cosy living room (with small mezzanine accessible via a spiral staircase), separate kitchen, a big bedroom with kingsize bed and a panoramic view, a bathroom with shower.

The apartment can accommodate up to four people but is really comfortable for two. The sofa bed is in the living room.

This Florence holiday flat has air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, hairdryer, stereo and CD player. All cooking utensils and linen are provided.

But the greatest thing is the apartment's position. Within walking distance of all the major sites in Florence, it is also handily placed for public transport. Nearby you'll find good shopping, restaurants, museums and sightseeing.

From the main train station just hop in a cab: in 10 minutes you will be at the apartment. The airport is just 20 minutes away.

The building has been also completely renovated in the same year so that also the outside of the apartment is very new and convenient.

 All services, including water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, weekly cleaning of the apartment and taxes are included in your rental.
