Set in the historical centre of Rome on a small and lovely ancient square that has been featured in many movies, with a lovely fountain restored by Bernini, the apartment Tevere is located within the palace of one of the four most respected noble families in Lazio, and dates back to 1600.

Quality and luxury have been prioritised in the choice of all comforts and details, and in this Rome apartment guests can enjoy their stay in a quiet, luxurious and comfortable place; the flat is very spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment - built in the 16th and 17th centuries - is on the second floor of the family palazzo. It has a doorman and elevator and an interior courtyard where one finds quiet beauty, relaxation and ancient frescoes. The apartment has a small, narrow balcony overlooking the rooftops of Rome.
This lovely flat has been charmingly restored with elegant furniture, and it enjoys one of the finest positions for sightseeing in Rome. It is near the Tiber River, Tiberina Island, and the Teatro di Marcello, and it is a 5 minute walk to the Campo de' Fiori to pick up flowers, vegetables and spices at the morning open-air market.

Guests can stroll to the Campidoglio, the Imperial Forum, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, or across the river to enchanting Trastevere, famous for its narrow streets and intimate restaurants. Restaurants and wine bars are found within easy reach of this charming flat.

You enter through a short entrance hall into the apartment's elegant living room. Adjoining is the formal dining room, also elegantly furnished with lovely antiques, and the small, well-equipped kitchen. Both the living room and the dining room have very high ceilings. Another short hall passes from the living room to two of the three lovely bedrooms - one is a double and one is a twin, each with an en suite bathroom with tub and each with its own loft with study and storage space.

Twelve steps lead up to the third bedroom, a double. Rooms are air conditioned in the summer and well heated in the winter, making the a stay at the Tevere flat an unforgettable stay in Rome any time of the year.
