A countryside with the characteristics of a work of art, a natural amphitheatre where architecture and landscape perfectly fuse together: this is the enchanting scene which we behold in the hills of "Pian dei Giullari". From here our villa overlooks Florence and opens its doors to all of those who wish to spend a holiday in complete relaxation only a few kilometres from the historical centre of Florence.

The sandstone staircase leads to five double rooms, all beautifully furnished, with extreme attention having been given to every detail. The rooms each have original names, which adds a romantic atmosphere.

The 'Camera degli Sposi' has a French bed, open fireplace, view onto the terrace, and a bathroom with tub. The 'Camera del Terrazzino' has a queen size bed, a small terrace with a view onto the hills, and a bathroom with shower. The 'Camera dei Fiori' has a wrought iron bed (French sized), bathroom with tub/shower, dressing room, and a view over the garden. The 'Camera dei Baldacchini' has 2 single beds, two large windows, one with a view towards the garden, the other with a view onto the Tuscan hills and Florence, a bathroom with tub and shower, and the possibility of an extra bed.

The villa has great charm and elegance, typical of Tuscan villas. Find your own cosy corner in the reading room (sala lettura), the sitting room (salottino), the satellite TV room (sala TV) and the dining room (salone), where you will be able to enjoy and savour our rich breakfast. We also provide a bus service to and from the centre of Florence.

Thanks to its scenic position, its 19th century character, its large halls and the park which surrounds it, the villa is often chosen for conferences and congresses, inaugurations, dinner dances, buffets, breakfast and brunches, indeed for any occasion which should be truly memorable. New in 2002 is a swimming pool available for guests use - there will even be a separate childrens pool in time.
'La Trattoria Omero', one of the most famous Florentine restaurants, is located only a few metres away from the villa. Apart from being a very good restaurant, Omero also has a grocery shop with typical Tuscan products. The 'Piazza di Porta Romana', only five minutes away by car, bus or taxi, has all the facilities you may need: bank, post office, chemist and so on. Accommodation is offered free of charge to children under the age of three years, and small and well behaved dogs are welcome. English and French are spoken.
