This impressive 15th century country home is decorated in high style with nothing left to chance. Murano chandeliers, marble, decorative paintings on walls and ceilings, astonishing baths, and nearly every modern convenience you might want. As most bedrooms are of equal size, this is a great location for friends sharing the cost of the rental.

Beds and Bathrooms: (sleeps 18, 9 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms) King bedroom with TV/VCR and ensuite bath with separate shower, 2 sinks, and bathtub. Queen bedroom with TV and ensuite bath with jacuzzi, handheld shower, and heated towel rack. Up nine stairs is a yellow queen bedroom with TV/VCR and a terrace and a huge shower. Large queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom in the hallway with tub & handheld shower.

Blue double bedroom with TV and ensuite showered bath. Master king bedroom with dressing room, fireplace, TV/VCR, and a showered bathroom with 2 sinks. At this point there are also stairs to the tower should you need to get away from “it all”. There is also a half bath on the ground floor.

For 2004 there are now an additional three double bedrooms, all with Jacuzzi, giving the villa a total of nine double bedrooms, all air-conditioned.

Living Space: A small, highly decorated sitting room for tea time leads into a huge living room with coffered ceiling. A third living room features even more comfort, a fireplace, and the TV. There is also a grand dining room with magnificent Murano chandelier and a large country kitchen with marble topped table and every modern accessory.

Household Amenities: Billiard table, games table, satellite TV, ISDN internet line, two dishwashers, warming oven, microwave, grill, two fridge/freezers, ice machine, pizza oven, blender, coffee maker, meat slicer, marble sink, and washing machine.

Outside Features: Pool approximately 24’ x 56’ with ample furniture and umbrellas. Large terrace with tables and chairs and a hammock. The grassy areas around the house are somewhat sparse due to a canopy of trees.

Other Features: Under floor heating, security system, telephone in every bedroom. Daily tidying up. A breakfast is included.
