With access from the living room, the second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor bedroom faces onto (thanks to a French window) the house's private garden.

Accessible directly from the kitchen, there is a garden area with table, chairs and umbrellas for perfect al fresco dining. The only other people you will see on the estate, aside from the gardeners, are the charming family of 4 who own it, and live in an independent house 30 metres away from the villa.

The pool offers privacy and wonderful views over the underlying countryside; it's bean shaped and measures 4 x 9,5 metres (depth of 1.30- 2.00 metres). You may occasionally share with the owner. Mountain bikes are available on the property. Private parking is available 15 metres from the villa. There is a restaurant/ pizzeria 500 metres away, and a bank, drug store, food shops, and post office are all to be found at roughly 500 metres from the property. Please note that you don't need a car to stay here ....Cortona is only 400-500 meters away from the villa.
