Villa Gasparri is a small, pretty villa, ideal for exploring the glorious region of Chianti and Florence. The villa, with its 17th century origins, is the perfect place for people who want to spend a holiday in Chianti in a first-class accommodation surrounded by beautiful private grounds. The Villa stands on a peaceful hilltop from which it commands a view of all of the valley that separate Montespertoli from Castelfiorentino, with a landscape that abounds in olive groves and vineyards.

The rental property is located a mere three minutes' drive from the town of Montespertoli, and just 30 minutes' from Florence, making it perfectly placed for those who want to explore the fascinating area of Tuscany. A sweet drive up to the villa leads to the pool (11 x 5 metres, normally in use from May to September, occasionally shared with the 2 owners), with steps up to the house and terrace area where spectacular views across the valley can be enjoyed.

There are beautiful touches inside, with the bedrooms boasting original features such as terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings and stone fireplaces. The proud owners of the villa are very welcoming and make guests feel very much at home. They live 20 metres from the villa and speak fluent English. Private parking is available at 10 metres from the house (inside the property).

There is a food shop 500 metres from the property (closed on Wednesdays), and a bank, chemist, supermarket and Post Office are all to be found roughly 2 and a half kilometres away. Please note that you need a car to stay at the villa.

Just one step from the main villa entrance you'll find a pleasant open-air living-space and a dining area with a large fireplace and satellite TV. From the dining area, via an internal staircase, you reach a delightful double bedroom (on request this can be made up as a twin room). The other double bedroom (master bedroom) and the kitchen can be accessed through the corridor.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Between the kitchen and the master bedroom there is another bathroom with shower. An equipped kitchen with 4-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and dishwasher gives direct access to the main garden, with a great loggia for your al fresco entertainment.

Villa Gasparri is located only 55 kilometres from Siena, 35 km from San Gimignano, 28 from Florence and 60 km from Pisa. Included in the price: all taxes, services, one set of linen, gas, electricity and water, final cleaning . Not included: air conditioning, heating, telephone (on request). The villa has no land-line telephone, but the owner is happy to provide you with a cell phone free of charge, except of course for calling charges.
