This charming second floor apartment is situated in a wonderful position just one step from the Trevi Fountain and an easy walk to the Spanish Steps (3 minutes away), the Pantheon, the Campo de' Fiori and the Forum.

Furthermore, a three minute walk to a nearby metro stop gives easy access to all of Rome’s sites and splendour. Just stepping out of the main door you are surrounded by a special and cheerful atmosphere, full of Roman flavour, unique in the world. This area offers a variety of trattorias, coffee bars, gelato shops, and is ideal for discount shopping.

Nearby there is the generous Borghese garden, perfect for a jog. There is a morning market around the corner from the house for fresh fruits and vegetables, and an Internet café is directly across the street from the apartment.

The apartment Fontana has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and volumes of wardrobe space. There is an entrance hall with plenty of closets for storage. The bathroom has a bath/shower and is accessed from the small hallway. At the other end of hallway is the lounge and dining area, which is spacious - liberally applied mirrors further enhance this feeling.

The large living room has a fireplace and is furnished with a sofa -bed which can accommodate two extra people. Sliding wooden doors lead to the kitchen, with an elegant table and four chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped and has plenty of workspace and all cooking facilities.
