At the edge of the plain to the west of Florence, beneath the foothills of the beautiful Albano mountains, Villa La Costaglia is ideally situated for visiting the great historic cities of Tuscany or to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of unspoiled hill country.

The Villa is surrounded by agricultural land with the Apennine hills in the distance. The seven available apartments on offer are simply furnished, with some antique pieces and exposed beams throughout. (Some of the ceilings are low.). A secluded garden and the tennis court are shared by all guests at La Costaglia, as is the swimming pool (15m x 7,5 m; 1,2m > 2,4m depth).

The apartments are offered as weekly lets, and accommodation is also offered on a nightly bed and breakfast basis. Villa la Costaglia also has several large banqueting halls that may be used for large group lunches. Horse riding and trekking can be found just 500 metres from the villa, and there is a golf course at 5 kilometres.

APARTMENT 1 (Sleeps 4+2): Ground floor: spacious living/dining room, completely furnished kitchen, 1 double room, 1 room with twin beds, 2 bathrooms.

APARTMENT 2 (Sleeps 4): Double bedroom plus 2 single beds on a mezzanine floor in the dining room: 2 bathrooms and roof terrace.

APARTMENT 3 (Sleeps 4+2): First floor: large living/dining room, 1 double room, 1 room with twin beds, bathroom.

APARTMENT 4 (Sleeps 4): First floor: Twin bedroom. Second floor: Dining room, kitchen corner (no oven)/ sitting area with sloping ceiling, large twin bedroom with access to terrace, shower/WC, large terrace, shared swimming pool and tennis court.

APARTMENT 5 (Sleeps 6+1): First floor: Large sitting/dining room, kitchen corner (no oven), 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), shower/WC. Second floor: Gallery bedroom with 3 single beds overlooking sitting room, shower/WC, shared swimming pool and tennis court.

APARTMENT 6 (Sleeps 4): External stairs to second floor entry. Hall, living/dining room, fireplace, small kitchen (no oven), washing machine, access to glazed veranda and terrace, 2 twin bedrooms (one can be used as a double room), shower/WC, shared swimming pool.

APARTMENT 7 (Sleeps 4):First floor: Small hall, double bedroom, spiral staircase to second floor. Second floor: Living/dining room, kitchen corner, (no oven), terrace, attic twin bedroom with skylight (sloping ceiling). Attic shower/WC, shared swimming pool and tennis court. Additional bedroom with shower/WC at extra cost.

APARTMENT 8 (Sleeps 2): One-room apartment with living/dining room, kitchen corner, double bed, bathroom.

APARTMENT 9 (Sleeps 4: In front of the pool, a two bedroomed apartment with living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a private courtyard.

APARTMENT 3 + APARTMENT 6 together: Suitable for a group or two families travelling together as they have a large terrace in common (15m X 6m).
